Suitable for all, this class integrates various styles of Yoga to help students gain awareness of the body and its potential. This is a great class for relieving stress and muscular tension and is suitable for all levels and abilities. Each class has a different focus, and changes regularly, so beginners can feel totally at ease that they don't need any prior knowledge or experience, but also, with enough variations and modifications to help more experienced Yoga students take their practice to a more challenging level.
Yoga is practiced barefoot in comfortable loose or stretchy clothing. If socks are worn please make sure they have grips on the soles to avoid slipping. Mats are provided but you are encouraged to bring your own.
